1) Go on Paytm Application
2) Click on Recharge and Bills option
3) Click On Mobile option
4) Enter your Mobile Number
5) Choose you Plan on clicking See plans
6) Select Your Plan
7) Click On Fast Forward Option
8) Click on Proceed To Pay
Here your recharge can successfully.

First Trick:-
Note:- You can only send money on your Friend's merchant account
1) Go on Paytm Application
2) Open Scanner
3) Scan your Friend's Barcode
4) Enter Amount and Click on Send
5) It will Transfer to yours Friend's Bank Account
6) Tell your Friend to Send Money back on your Bank Account

Second Trick:- It is the simplest way to send your paytm wallet money to bank account. You don't need any other person to do...
Simply Just follow these steps.
1) Go on Paytm Application
2) Scroll down and click on Paytm Gold option

3) Enter Amount
Eg:- I have 50 rs in my Paytm wallet so i entered 50 rs.
4) Pay with Paytm Wallet
Note:- 3% Gst tax || Eg:- 3 % of 50rs will be 48.50 rs will be you get. It take some time to complete process
5) Then after you have to go on Locker option on Paytm Gold
6) Then click on Sell Gold option
7) Enter Amount
8) Add Bank Account
9) Click on Proceed to Pay. Congrats your money will instantly add in your Bank account.
